Gabriel Torok, Chief Executive Officer

Gabriel Torok is a founder and the CEO of PreEmptive Solutions, LLC. He has significant experience in software development, as well as broad functional experience in operations, sales management, marketing, and finance. Gabriel is co-author of Java Primer Plus and lead author of JavaScript Primer Plus, both published by the Waite Group Press.

William Leach, Chief Technology Officer

William Leach is a founder and the CTO of PreEmptive Solutions, LLC. His primary focus is on the technology side of the business, where he serves as architect and technical lead for the DashO, Dotfuscator, and the Runtime Intelligence Services product lines. He holds a Masters degree in Computer and Information Science from Cleveland State University and is a Sun Certified Java Programmer and Architect.

Mark Fagerholm, Chief Financial Officer

Mark Fagerholm has 26 years experience assisting established and emerging companies in financial, management, and reporting matters. His leadership roles have included Principal in Ernst and Young's National Auditing practice, Vice President of Finance at STERIS Corporation, and CFO at WISP, a wireless Internet service provider.

Sebastian Holst, Chief Marketing Officer

Sebastian Holst has responsibility for sales, product management, product marketing, and marketing communications. Sebastian has held executive sales and marketing positions in public and private software companies focusing on application security, risk, and content management. In addition to his work building software companies, he has been active in computing and industry standards bodies as a member of the W3C Advisory Committee (www.w3c.org) for five years, a board member of IDEAlliance (www.idealliance.org) for four years, a co-founder the Compliance Consortium (now www.oceg.org), and a Senior Editor for the Gilbane Report (www.gilbane.com). Sebastian also hosts a blogspot, Applications are people too, where he writes about the parallels and foibles of people, programs and culture.

J. Michael Moores, Vice President of Product Development

J. Michael Moores is responsible for product development and operational initiatives in his role as Vice President of Product Development. He brings over 14 years experience working in IT organizations to this position, including posts as partner and CTO of Realogic overseeing their Ellipsis product line. In addition to his work in the technical community, Michael has worked in both financial and consulting organizations. Michael actively leverages his strategic understanding of the challenges facing independent software vendors to successfully build and launch software products. He holds a Master of Science degree in Public Administration with concentrations in Finance and Information Systems from the Carnegie Mellon University H. John Heinz School of Public Policy and Management.
